A multi phased exterior facade and interior renovation of the entire ground floor retail and 4 story 280 Unit Apartment building. This included exterior upgrades to address ADA and access control at all street level points of entry, facade and exterior storefront installation along Highland and Yucca to provide the ground floor retail spaces additional visual exposure and increased signage square footage. A new leasing office and “co-work” space were created from the existing model apartments and the gym was expanded and completely modernized.
