A club-wide interior and exterior renovation of the existing occupied facility. This included a complete renovation of all food service facilities, structural/seismic upgrades, new roof and mechanical systems, modifications to the existing exterior plaster to a smooth exterior plaster finish and interior build-out of a 300 person banquet room, dining room, exterior dining terraces, bar, locker rooms, wine lounge, meeting rooms, management offices, and a theater.
