A 17,000 sq.ft. buildout from a completed/empty shell. Interior and exterior shell modifications were required to provide for 15 new pop-up / boutique eateries in a Dining Hall experience. Individual demised tenant spaces and exterior patios were required for each tenant and core lighting, electrical, ventilation, remote storage and public bathroom facilities were required for the open dining hall areas.
