Retail Tenant Improvements of the 52,000 SF Manhattan Country Club in Manhattan Beach, CA were completed in December of 2012 by ACR Builders.
This was a club wide interior and exterior retail tenant improvements and renovation of the existing occupied facility. The work included a complete renovation of all food service facilities and structural/seismic building upgrades. A complete new roofing system as well as complete infrastructure upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Modifications were made to the existing exterior plaster to a smooth exterior plaster finish. Interior improvements were made to construct a 300 person Banquet Room, Dining Room, Exterior dining terraces, Bar, Locker Rooms, Wine Lounge, Meeting rooms, Management offices, and a Theater.
