The design-build process allows for full execution of the “team concept.”

ACR Builders, Inc. works closely with owners to determine the scope of the project, construction methods, and the target budget. The design-build process requires a close and productive relationship between key subcontractors and consultants – from conceptual design through the completion of the construction drawings and specifications.

Plans and specifications are reviewed in detail with the key trades to determine actual costs and alternate design. This results in material selection being established early in the process. Continuous review of real-world costs by the owner and design-build team assures a project design remains within budget and is completed on time.

When time is of the essence and controlling cost is paramount to the success of the project, it’s important that we are involved at this stage. We are able to select the best methods and materials, which ensures that we are on top of the varying construction costs.
