In May 2013, ACR Builders was awarded the design build contract to construct additional tenant spaces to the existing Noho Commons Marketplace located at 5300 Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood, CA.

ACR Builders has partnered with Jepson Peters Partnership to provide a complete design build of the Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical trades.  This project will eliminate 60% of the rear loading dock and convert it into 2,835 SF of leasable tenant space.  The project is currently in the Design Development phase.  Completed working drawings are expected in 30 days and construction is expected to start in July 2013.
